Double Chocolate Donuts

My amazing sister Loveday showed me these donuts on Instagram and we decided to attempt to make them.

They are made of a batter which was very similar to a chocolate brownie batter, then we baked them in a cupcake tin sprayed with cooking spray and we had scrunched up balls of baking paper in the middle to create the signature donut hole.

Once they were baked and cooled we dipped them in melted chocolate and in a bowl of rainbow sprinkles.

And can I just say, these are delicious!!! We will definitely be making these again.
