Cupcakes, Pies and Donuts!

The other day I made these galaxy cupcakes inspired by Cupcake Jemma's new video. I made a batch of chocolate cupcakes and iced them with with a swirl of Blue, purple, pink and blue icing and some pieces of white fondant on top to look like stars.
Another thing that I made recently is a Lemon Meringue pie that I made for my family in our new Thermomix. The recipe is on https://cookidoo.com.au/. It was absolutely delicious.
And the most recent bake that I have made are a batch of mini cinnamon donuts in the thermomix again. These are very delicious and I will definately make them again
