Birthday Caribbean Carrot Cake

It's my mum's birthday on the 3rd of December and I made her birthday cake today.

I used the Thermomix Caribbean Carrot cake recipe to make the cake batter.

The cake is topped with a cream cheese icing that I also made in the thermomix and two little fondant carrots by request of the two brothers.

I'll hopefully be uploading a lot in December with all the things I make and bake this month.
