Hot Cross Buns

Recently I've been making multiple batches of Hot Cross Buns in the thermomix.
The first two batches I made were a batch of sultana and currant buns and a batch of choc chip buns.
The second batch I tried was a batch of sourdough sultana buns using the method by Thermodette on instagram.
The most recent batch I made was another batch of choc chip hot cross buns
I'm really pleased with how all of these batches turned out. Happy easter!
