Unicorn cupcakes

At the moment everybody loves Unicorns, and I thought I could try making some of those really cool unicorn cupcakes you see on Pinterest, so I made some with my awesome sister Loveday and this is how they turned out:

We made the cupcakes by using a fluffy vanilla sponge recipe then icing them with a vanilla buttercream recipe, we used Cupcake Jemma's buttercream recipe.

We also made marshmallow fondant with pink and white marshmallows and we used that to make the ears and horns.

We put some rainbow sprinkles on as the finishing touch.
