Father's Day unicorn cake

Happy Father's Day to everyone!

To celebrate today, my sister Loveday and I made a funfetti unicorn cake for our Dad.

The sponge is the vanilla cake recipe I use for vanilla cupcakes with a 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles added to make it a Funfetti cake, we then stacked and iced the cakes with a vanilla buttercream and added marshmallow fondant ears and horn and finished it with more rainbow sprinkles.

I'm really pleased at how it turned out and it is absolutely delicious.
