Chocolate Cupcakes

Today I decided to try and make some Chocolate cupcakes instead of the normal Vanilla cupcakes I usually make, and they are delicious.

I used cupcake Jemma's Chocolate cupcake recipe to make a batch of 24 cupcakes, if you want an amazing chocolate cupcake recipe, use this one: https://goo.gl/X3WWJq.

When those were out of the oven, I started to make the icing.

I made a batch of my basic vanilla buttercream and added 100g of cooled melted chocolate and mixed that in.

I loaded the buttercream into a piping bag fitted with a 5 point star tip and piped big swirls of buttercream on top of the cupcakes. To finish them off I added a sprinkle mix I had.
